Montana again

We stopped in Montana on our way home and rode horses again. Steven and Marissa were naturals. Who needs a saddle?

The kids liked to hang around the piano singing and making beautiful music. Here are Amber, Nicole, Truett, Megan, Brian (Loren's friend) and Loren.

We walked around the historic part of downtown Helena and "Last Chance Gulch"

We roasted hot dogs and corn on the cob at a bonfire on our final night. We didn't want the vacation to end!

The journey home

On the way home from Montana we stopped by the Painted Canyons in North Dakota.

The hotel in Dickinson had a great waterslide!

Nice to know the kids still like each other after driving together for 28 hours!

Westoverpalooza 2009!

What a family reunion! We had so much fun at our Westover family reunion connecting with loved ones and partying 70's style! We took so many pictures, it is hard to choose which ones to post. Enjoy!

We had a sweet, spiritual experience visiting with Great Grandma Bea and singing together. Uncle Casey's slide show was wonderful and Aunt Charlotte's music was truly inspired.

We finished out the week with a trip to the Portland temple with our 11 youth aged kids to do baptisms. All seven siblings, spouses and grandparents were in attendance. What a neat gathering!

While in Oregon we HAD to visit friends in West Linn. We miss them!

Maria and Marissa flew to Oregon to attend Maria's 20th high school reunion. We had great fun visiting with old friends and family.

While Maria and Marissa flew to Oregon, Kelly and the other kids made the 28 hour drive stopping in North Dakota and Helena, Montana on the way. They stayed at the Teddy Roosevelt National park in Medora, ND and had fun hiking and observing the wildlife.

After North Dakota, they stopped in Helena, Montana to visit cousins and ride horses.
